Ethereal Flakes - Pack of 6

These amazing, colour-shift flakes have been chosen to give you a vibrant selection of gorgeous colours to use in your work.

They have a white base to them making them slightly transparent meaning you can use them to create both vibrant and more subtle colour additions to your work, depending on what base colour you put them on top of.

They are also excellent for adding to resin projects.

You will receive a full set of Tiny Turner Ethereal Flakes.

The flakes jars each contain 0.5g of flakes in the following colours:

‘Imp’ – deep orangey red to gold shift

‘Elf’ – green to lilac shift

‘Pixie’ – hot pink to orange and lilac

‘Faerie’ – lilac to turqoise shift

‘Sprite’ – gold to amber shift

‘Wisp’ – blue to purple shift

Please note: each colour has a slightly different volume due to the different densities of that particular colour.

The flakes can be used as a colouring technique which I thoroughly enjoy; using metal leaf size (eg. Polyvine Acrylic Size) as a base to adhere the flakes on to your wood work.

They can be used with resin and they can be used for cosmetic purposes such as nail art.

Ethereal Flakes - Elf

The Ethereal range of flakes are similar to the chameleon range in that each colour has a colour flip (i.e. they are also classed as a chameleon pigment).

Elf is mainly a green to pink/violet colour flip.

However, unlike the Chameleon range, these have a clear base which gives them a slightly transparent quality that their Chameleon range cousins do not posses.

This means they look AMAZING when mixed in with resin; and if they are used as a colouring method when combined with metal leaf size, they do slightly allow whatever colour is beneath them as a background to show through at certain angles.

You will receive 1 x 0.5g pot of flakes (which is a lot more than it sounds!)

The flakes can be used as a colouring technique which I thoroughly enjoy; using metal leaf size (eg. Polyvine Acrylic Size) as a base to adhere the flakes on to your wood work.

They can be used with resin (either brushed into moulds or onto surfaces and then coated with resin, or mixed in with resin), and they can be used for cosmetic purposes such as nail art.
